  1. Q: I've been successfully flying Vietnam Carrier Ops with Flight Simulator 2004. However, I recently installed Flight Simulator 9.1 (offical upgrade from Microsoft for Flight Simulator 2004). Now when I start Flight Simuator 2004, I am getting the error message:

    "The version of FS2004 detected in not compatible with this version of FSUIPC.DLL. It is build 9.01.40901. You need the correct version of FS2004."

Answer: Two of the exclusive features of Vietnam Carrier Ops are the steam catapault and arrestor cable. Both of these use the FSUIPC.DLL software. The version of FSUIPC.DLL included with the original version of Flight Deck 3 must be updated for Flight Simulator 9.1

Download and install the following update:

AbacusFSUIPC_V3.44.exe (5MB)
