FSPilotShop.com ships from Salt Lake City, Utah, in the United States. We use FedEx and US Postal Service for shipping and all items are insured against loss or damage. Shipping costs start at just $4.95. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us immediately. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that shipments, particularly international shipments, may be subject to any applicable local taxes or import duties/fees.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received before 12:00 Noon Eastern Time, USA on a business day will typically ship the same day. Certain Hardware Items and other large specialty items may require additional production time. Shipping periods are typically counted as working days, not calendar days.


PAYMENT METHODS

We offer direct processing of major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer Paypal payment options where you can pay by foreign credit cards such as Switch, Maestro and others.


SHIPPING and RETURN DETAILS

Software - Open boxed software and software downloads are not eligible for returns. Technical Support details for each developer can be found using the Contact Us link in the bottom right of the site. Support for Non-Abacus titles must be handled by the publisher of the software and our support can direct you to the publisher as needed. Defective software will be exchanged for the same item only.

Hardware - Broken or Defective Hardware is eligible for return and exchange by using the Contact Us link in the bottom right of the site to fill out a support ticket. This ticket must be completed before returning merchandise. All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. Any and All working items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Returned merchandise must be in new and working condition with all packaging, documentation and other original equipment accessories when returned. Buyer will be assessed a fee up to the full purchase amount for missing items. All returned checks or failed bank transfers are subject to a $35 fee.
