Originally designed in the early 1980s, the innovative Piaggio P180 Avanti is shaped to slice through the air to achieve high performance. With three lifting surfaces and rear-facing props driven by two Pratt Whitney PT6A-66 engines, it an reach a top speed of 380 knots at a 40,000 foot cieling.
