  • Press the stick forward and back to see elevators move upand down.
  • Shift + 'E' to open and close the canopy.
  • Ctrl+Shift+'V' to open the engine cowling
  • Ctrl+Shift+'C' to close the engine cowling
  • 'I' to fire the guns (visual only - Flight Simulator does not support weapon damage)
  • In the 3D cockpit view you'll see the stick and pedals move.

Takeoff
Taxi out to the runway.

For land-based takeoff, give full throttle.

Upon reaching 70 knots, push forward on the stick slightly to raise the tail off the runway surface. When your speed reaches 90 knots, pull back on the stick gently to liftoff.

When abeam the end of the runway, retract the landing gear ('G') and you're off the your mission altitude.

Landing

With land-based approach, speed is about 100 knots with full flaps

Over the numbers you can cut the throttle; stall speed is 85 knots.

Set down on main gear. As speed bleeds off, the tail will settle onto the runway.
