Takeoff
Taxi out and position the aircraft on the runway center line.
Set flaps (F7) and full throttle.

Now accelerate down the runway with some back-pressure on the stick until you liftoff at about 50 mph.

Climb to your desired cruising altitude and set throttle to cruising speed (about 100 mph).

Landing

For very short landings you can use full flaps and your stall speed is about 35 mph. In this case you can put your feet out the door to act as brakes<G>.

For normal landings you can approach the runway at 70 mph.

Touch down at 50 mph on main gear and gently lower the nose gear.
