A Skilled Artist Takes to the Drawing Boards J. Scott Nix is an accomplished graphic artist. However, he hadn't tried his hand at aircraft design until FS Design Studio came along. Once he saw that his skills as an artisan could be enhanced with this new cutting-edge design tool, he started to get serious about making new aircraft. Here's one of Scott's great designs which I think you'll agree is a real beauty. The GeeBee is a classic from an era gone by, but Scott has tried to recapture that daring flare. The race pilot's face shows his determination to fly this short, stubby craft to its maximum. It's details such as the pilot, the radial engine and prop, the vibrant coloring, exquisite logos, decals and lettering that add to the pure excitement that only the Premier Collection GeeBee exudes.

Scott's choice of a gorgeous paint scheme insure a plane that you won't be able to miss with its extraordinary visual enjoyment. The key to the GeeBee's cockpit is simplicity. From the color throttle and mixture control knobs and the metalic finish of the panel to the legibility of the gauges, you'll know that care has gone into the design. Noted aircraft engineer Steve Small created an authentic flight model for this hard to fly aircraft where you'll have to muster your piloting skills to keep this craft in the air - just like the real thing.
