Airport & Scenery Designer
continues to be the tool of choice for many professional and

We've released an upgrade to
CoPilot for FS2002. Developer Peter Jacobson has upgraded CoPilot
V2.8 to give you these easy-to-use features which have made
CoPilot such a bestseller for the past three years:
- Display and print aeronautical
maps and charts of your FS2002 airports, VORs and NDBs.
- Use these detailed maps to
make flight plans for the compact CoPilot GPS.
- Install the CoPilot GPS into
any of your FS2002 aircraft
- Display and print airport
disagrams for FS2002 airports.
- Display and print instrument
approach plates for FS2002 airports.

Corporate
Pilot
We have released an update
to Corporate for FS2002. This update includes the following:
- Updates to the visual models
for Windows XP and Windows 2000 compatibility
- Changes to the flight model
to correct wheels and floats
- Remove the "flashing
gauge". We are unable to update the Flight Management Computer
for FS2002 and have removed it from the panels. The affected
panels have been revised.
- Updates to aircraft selection
windows - manufacturer is "Abacus Corporate Pilot"
To use this update, you must
first install the original Corporate Pilot CD-ROM and choose
your main FS2002 folder as the target destination. Next, download
and run AbacusCP_FS2002.exe
(3MB) to apply the update your installed copy of Corporate Pilot.
The adventures are not FS2002-compatible
and there will not be an update for these adventures.

Custom
Panel Designer
Registered users of Custom
Panel Designer V2.x can download a free upgrade for limited FS2002
compatibility. If you're a registered users of Custom Panel Designer
V2.x, you can download AbacusCPD22Update.exe
(1.1MB) and reinstall over your pevious copy of Custom Panel
Designer.
This update is for backward
panel compatibility and lets users access aircraft for FS2002,
CFS2, FS2000, CFS1 and FS98. Panels which use the new "cab-style"
gauges are not yet supported.
We expect that a new Custom
Panel Designer V3 will be available soon. Users who have purchased
Custom Panel Designer after November 30, 2001 will be entitled
to a free upgrade to CPD V3 when it is available. No further
information is available at this time. We hope to have more information
on CPD V3 shortly.

completed work on the USS Nimitz and now you'll be able to fly

well-known FS Design Studio is the de facto standard for creating
new aircraft and 3D scenery.
If you are already an FS Design
Studio user, you can use it with FS2002 by telling the program
where your copy of FS2002 is located.
From the menu choose File | Preferences...
Change the paths of Flight
Simulator, Texture Files and Object Files to
point to the corresponding FS2002 folders.

Apprentice
Scenery Apprentice lets you
easily create 3D objects that you can "drop" into your
scenery. We have released an update to make it compatible with
FS2002 airports.
This update is free for all
Scenery Apprentice registered users. Downland and run AbacusFSDSA_FS2002.exe
(4.8MB) - you'll need your registration key for the update.
Others users can download the
DEMO version to see first hand how easy it is to wake up those
