Step 1.
Start Flight Simulator and from Aircraft | Select Aircraft menu choose the aircraft that has the EZ-GPS instrument from Step 1.

For this example, we'll fly directly from Grand Rapids to the destination airport Traverse City. The airport at Pontiac is KGRR and the Muskegon airport is KMKG.

Step 2 .
Go to the Grand Rapids airport using the FS menu items: World | Go To Airport and typing the identifier KGRR. Now you can take off and get to cruising altitude. When you reach cruising altitude, press "P" to pause the simulator and we'll program EZ-GPS.

Note about the buttons
	Use the zoom out and zoom in buttons to change the map scale. Use the arrow keys to move the selection up, down, left and right respectively.

Step 3 .
Click the ZOUT button a few times to zoom the map out to see a larger geographical area.

When you click one of the arrow keys, you'll see a cross-hair pointer called the cursor.

Step 4 .
Muskegon is located about 40 miles northwest of Grand Rapids. Click the up-arrow to scroll the map north and west.

Position the cursor over the airport at Muskegon. The airport is light blue and identified by KMKG

Click ENT to select it.

Step 5.
Click the left / right arrows to choose Create Waypoints.

Click ENT. This locks KMKG as the first waypoint for EZ-GPS. The green line shows the path from Grand Rapids to Muskegon airport.

Step 6.
Use the up-down arrows to select AutoPilot and press ENT.

Use the up-down arrows to scroll to Autopilot Master and press ENT to select it (checked).

Similarly use the up-down arrows to scroll to GPS Route Hold and press ENT to select it (which also selects Heading Hold).

Step 7.
Click EXIT twice to return to the map page.

Press "P" to unpause Flight Simulator. Immediately, your aircraft will start to turn toward the new waypoint.

To show waypoint up, click MENU | Map Settings and uncheck Show North Up.

EZ-GPS will fly you directly to KMKG.
