Acrobat Reader is often pre-installed of many personal computers. However, if you do not have Acrobat Reader V4 on your system, you can obtain a free copy from Adobe's website:

Step by Step Guide to Route Building is composed of a single file. There are no printing restrictions for this book.

Unless otherwise indicated, you are limited to printing only six copies of your Electronic Edition.

Question: How is the electronic edition installed?

Answer: You must two items BEFORE installing the electronic edition of this book:

  • Serial number from Abacus
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0

    Answer: This setup is OK. However, you must be sure that the 'default application' for .PDF files is set to Acrobat Reader 4.0. Please consult your Windows manual if you do not know how to associate .PDF filesw with the Acrobat 4.0 Reader application.

     

    Question: How do I print a copy of the electronic edition of this book?

    Answer: Make sure that your Default Printer (in Windows) is turned on. You must have a sufficient amount of paper (about 150 sheets for Building Your Own PC and FS2000 Tips & Tuning Guide and up to 30 pages for each chapter of Paint Shop Pro Power Solutions) and finally, be sure you have sufficient toner or ink for your printer. Occasionally, you may encounter Adobe Acrobat Print dialog file problems. If so, try another HP Printer driver from the "Print As Image" in the Adobe "Print" pull down menu.
