Ordering Direct from Abacus
To order, use our convenient shopping cart. Click the Add to Cart button next to a product description to order an item. To see the contents of your Shopping Cart, click the View Cart icon. When you're ready, click on the Checkout Now button to enter your name, address and credit card information via our Secure Site. Please type your email address carefully. After you click Send Order, you'll receive a quick confirmation by email. Under normal circumstances, orders for download add-ons are processed within 24 hours. We accept the
following credit cards. If you'd rather, you can place your order by phone, fax or mail. In most cases, your order is shipped to you the same day that we receive it. Payment by credit card, check or money order is acceptable. Sorry, no COD's.
Additional InformationThe Dealer "Challenge"Our software and books are stocked by hundreds of software stores, computer stores, book stores and discount stores throughout the U.S., Canada and internationally. However, due to limited shelf-space, these dealers are unable to carry all of our titles. Our challenge is to make sure that our quality products find their way to your dealer's shelf. If you're interested in a specific title and your dealer does not stock this item, encourage your dealer to order it for you. A few requests from paying customers for a specific title is a very effective way to stir them into action. The more a dealer hears from his/her customers, the more likely he/she is to stock the product which you'd like to buy. Your dealer can order any of our titles from us by name or ISBN#. To order by fax, submit your full name, shipping address and credit card information to our fax number 616 698-0325. This number if available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Include the title of the book and/or software package. Ordering Online
We are glad to accept your online order. We've taken many hundreds of orders over the Internet without any problems, but you may want to know that we are not yet running a SSL-Secured site. If you're comfortable placing your order online, use our Secure shopping cart. If you're uncomfortable sending your credit card number to us over the Internet, you can order by phone, fax or mail.
