Lost Registration key

If you have lost your personalized registration key (serial number) for one of our products, please click the link below: Request replacment registration key to be sent to you via email So that emails from us are not blocked by your spam filter, please add the following to your address book:

    All orders are processed within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

    If you do not receive your Registration Key(s) (serial numbers) within 24 hours, please check that your spam filter is not preventing you from receiving email from either of these two email addresses:

    Shipments
    For orders to be shipped to you by UPS, you can check the shipment status, please click here.

    For orders to be shipped to you by USPS, we are unable to provide shipment status at this time.

    Note: If you send an inquiry to our technical support staff and do not receive an answer within 24 hours, please check your spam filter. We handle technical support inquiries promptly, yet many responses do not reach the requestor because his or her spam filter blocks our messages.



    Register / Record Your Purchase

    If you have recently purchased any Abacus software title, you can record your purchase below.

    Please note that recording your purchase is not the same thing as purchasing a registration key. Unfortunately, a long time ago we started to use the term registration key. Instead, we should have used the term serial number. When installing most of our software, we ask you purchase and then type a registration key (serial number) to unlock the program for installation. Unfortunately, there is now some confusion surrounding the word registration. Elsewhere when you see the term registering your purchase, we actually mean the process of recording your purchase - informing us that you've purchased one of our products from one of our retailers.

    Those of you who have purchased the software directly from Abacus DO NOT have to record your purchase - your purchase information has already been recorded automatically.
